The MULTIFOODS family, a company dedicated to the production and export of food and beverages, is looking for a RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST for our CHORRILLOS location: **What are we looking for?** * Technical institute training in food industries or agro-industry. * Knowledge/Experience in sensory analysis. * Operation of laboratory analysis equipment: pH meter, titrator, etc. * Intermediate Excel knowledge. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **How can you help us?** * Coordinate with the R\&D Manager to develop new products. The product must meet requirements according to Codex regulations (food category) and FDA (regulatory body standards), and/or other regulations depending on the destination country. * Provide updated specifications for each product (existing products and new products) to the Quality Analysis Module department. * Perform calibration of the potentiometer and verification of laboratory balances. * Monitor and validate tests during production runs or monitor initial productions as coordinated with the R\&D Manager. Generate validation reports. * Support the quality module regarding out-of-specification products to make appropriate decisions related to physicochemical parameters and sensory evaluation (reformulation, reprocessing, etc.). * Request supply of materials and/or supplies from the raw material warehouse dosing coordinator for laboratory use. * Prepare and send samples (prepared, labeled, wrapped in bubble wrap, with sample description) to potential clients as required. * Evaluate the stability of an existing product under a formula improvement study objective. **What do we offer?** * Salary of S/.1700 * Opportunity for career progression * Be part of a solid, continuously growing company. * Full payroll benefits from the first day of employment. * Attractive bonuses.
