




Commercial Administrative Assistant **LSW SAC**, a Peruvian company dedicated to the importation, distribution, and specialized services for industrial equipment—such as gas analyzers, detectors, environmental monitoring systems, and technical maintenance solutions—is seeking a **Commercial Administrative Assistant** to join our team. We are looking for an organized, proactive, customer-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple administrative processes related to the commercial area. Main job responsibilities Commercial Documentation Management * Preparation and registration of **national and international purchase orders**. * Generation and updating of **commercial quotations** for corporate clients. * Coordination of electronic **invoicing** workflow. * Control and filing of documents such as shipping guides, reports, and receipts. Customer Service and Follow-Up * Make **informational calls** to customers regarding products, services, and status of their requests. * Conduct **commercial follow-up** on sales opportunities, quotations, and after-sales service. * Coordinate with customers regarding shipments, deliveries, scheduling, and basic support. Administrative and Commercial Support * Update databases, sales reports, and order statuses. * Registration and control of **CRM / ERP systems** (quotations, orders, import tracking). * Coordinate with the operations team on product availability and documentation. * Receive and forward emails, inquiries, and commercial department requests. * Maintain organization and compliance with internal administrative procedures. Additional complementary duties * Support in commercial campaigns, information dispatches, and corporate communications. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery times, and documentation. * Manage schedules for commercial meetings and provide presentation support. * Prepare weekly management reports and commercial closing summaries. Candidate profile * Technical or university studies in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in administrative, commercial, or customer service roles. * Proficiency in Excel, commercial documents, and ERP systems (desirable). * Friendly demeanor, effective communication skills, and results-oriented. * High level of organization, responsibility, and ability to prioritize tasks.
