Junior Quality Analyst required – Presencial zona Sur \- Lurin Job Description: A company in the Occupational Safety and Health sector is seeking a Junior Quality Analyst to provide on-site service with a weekly availability of 48 hours. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Gathering information and updating operational procedures. 2\.\- Recording and monitoring compliance with the Quality Training Matrix. 3\.\- Registering quality and aerial team operational documents in the system. 4\.\- Monitoring quality agreements with suppliers. 5\.\- Monitoring SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) with clients. 6\.\- Periodic updating and review of information required for certifications in the corresponding systems. **Requirements:** **Academic Background:** * Ongoing or recently completed university studies in Administration, International Business, or Industrial Engineering. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Management Systems. **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or others). * Desirable knowledge in Logistics and Foreign Trade. **Competencies and Skills:** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail and consistent follow-up. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Results-oriented and continuous improvement focus. * Ability to work under pressure.
