Requirements Requirements **Education:** Professional in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related fields. Project Management specialization or diploma is desirable. **Experience:** 5–8 years of experience in industrial project management (not IT, not software). Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing technical teams. Experience in growing or expanding industrial companies is desirable. **Knowledge:** Planning and control of industrial projects. Budget management and cost control.
