




Job Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Assistant for computer maintenance, network management, and supervision of technological services at Steels Asociados. Key Highlights: 1. Management of computer networks and video surveillance systems At Steels Asociados, we are looking for 01 HELP DESK ASSISTANT to join our team: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform data backups for computer systems, corporate emails, and various administrative staff computers. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of company computer equipment. * Manage the company's hosting system. * Install, configure, and maintain video surveillance equipment. * Purchase required computer supplies, parts, or accessories for various departments and branches of the company. * Install, configure, and maintain computer networks across all company locations. * Supervise and manage the installation and proper operation of internet and mobile telephony services throughout the company. * Synchronize time on fingerprint scanners and install updates. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS * Completed technical studies in Computer Science and Informatics or related fields. * Basic electrical installation or video camera training courses are desirable. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar tasks. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. BENEFITS: * Formal employment registration with all legally mandated benefits.
