We are looking for a Project Design Coordinator responsible for planning, supervising, and managing the development of technical and architectural designs, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with project objectives and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the design process from the conceptual stage through to final delivery, ensuring proper integration between engineering, architecture, and construction teams. * Supervise the design team, reviewing drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation. * Ensure the quality and technical feasibility of designs in accordance with regulations, safety standards, and client requirements. * Manage schedules, budgets, and resources related to design activities. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. * Prepare technical reports and progress updates for projects under their responsibility. * Promote innovation and continuous improvement in design processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in design coordination or project design management (infrastructure, civil works, or telecommunications). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Project, or other design and planning tools. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and within multidisciplinary teams. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and technical coordination. * Strategic project planning. * Results-oriented with strong deadline adherence. * Collaborative teamwork and assertive communication.
