We work with the joy of achieving the impossible together. **Job Description** Coordinate trade marketing plans for the modern channel within the agency, according to trade marketing strategies and company guidelines, with the objective of ensuring achievement of trade performance indicators and company profitability. **Qualifications** Specific Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize the budget allocated to the modern channel, ensuring investment efficiency and achievement of commercial objectives and profitability. * Coordinate and monitor key trade marketing indicators such as perfect coverage, Reeclapp, cold equipment installations, aiming to ensure optimal profitability, market share, share of handlers, etc. * Provide support to the sales department through follow-ups and incentives to achieve key trade and/or sales indicators (push-type strategies). * Develop and implement tactical trade marketing plans by conducting analyses and/or P&L assessments to support volume growth and development indices, aiming to improve profitability or achieve departmental targets. * Provide visibility on key trade marketing indicators to Regional Sales Managers for field force monitoring and goal attainment. * Conduct field visits to monitor action plans and competitor behavior in the market, aiming to identify business opportunities and efficiently allocate department resources. * Supervise merchandising staff to ensure proper execution of the sales process. * Lead meetings with modern channel retail chains to align activation plans, negotiate shelf space, and strengthen commercial relationships. **Additional Information** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in similar positions. * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). * Intermediate Excel skills.
