**Job Profile** * Education: Secondary school or high school. * Experience: 6 months in food and beverage service. * Skills: Customer service, tray handling, communication, organization, and speed. * Competencies: Versatility, service-oriented attitude, teamwork. **General Responsibilities** * Serve guests ensuring efficient and friendly service. * Operate flexibly across various sales points according to hotel needs. * Specific Responsibilities * Set up and dismantle tables. * Take orders, make suggestions, and perform upselling. * Serve food and beverages in the restaurant, bar, pool area, or via room service. * Handle food hygienically and transport it correctly. * Process payments and perform basic point-of-sale system operations. * Assist in preparing simple beverages and coffee. * Report requirements, complaints, or incidents. * Coordinate with the kitchen regarding dish preparation times. **Areas Where Support May Be Provided** * Bar (assistance in service and restocking). * Cold kitchen for very basic support tasks (if policies permit). * Banquets and events. * Room service.
