**Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse and dispatch jobs. * Live in Villa el Salvador or neighboring districts (Chorrillos/VMT/ SJM). * Availability to work full-time. (No part-time) * Availability to work overtime (non-negotiable), during campaigns and high workload days. * Punctuality and responsibility. **Functions:** * Daily picking. * Distribution of goods to different shopping centers and customers. * Loading and unloading of vehicles and containers. * Preparing orders for Lima and provinces. * Weekly inventories. * Labeling / tagging / product cleaning. * Proper handling and storage of products. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in all warehouse areas. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:45 PM \- (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday from 08:00 AM to 12:15 PM * **Additional overtime hours according to workload (non-negotiable)** * **Overnight shifts when necessary or during campaigns** **Benefits:** * On payroll with all legal benefits (CTS, Vacations, Bonuses) from the first day of employment. * Basic salary 1200 \+ 100 Mobility allowance \+ Overtime pay \+ Family allowance. * Biweekly payments.
