Position Summary: Civil or structural engineering professional responsible for calculations, designs, and supervision of structural works, providing technical support and leading continuous improvement in the workshop. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in structural and seismic design and analysis. 2. Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. 3. Resource management and efficiency improvement in the workshop. **Requirements**: * Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design. * Solid knowledge of standards (NTP, ACI, ASCE, etc.). * Experience in structural and seismic analysis. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Key competencies: teamwork, effective communication, critical thinking, organization, and results orientation with high attention to detail. **Responsibilities**: * Perform structural calculations and designs for steel structures and beams. * Dismantling and installation of H-beams; supervise execution of structural works and construction sequencing. * Provide technical evaluation of site queries, engineering changes, and extras. * Provide technical support during project execution phase. * Stay updated on industry standards and technologies. * Participate in technical and coordination meetings. * Responsible for planning, assigning, and managing resources required for proper workshop operation. * Evaluate workshop efficiencies and propose improvements. * Supervise staff performance. **Working Hours**: Monday \- Friday : 08:00am \- 06:00pm Saturday : 08:00am \- 01:00pm **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
