We are currently supporting a client in the **banking sector** with a **strategic enterprise transformation program**, linked to the implementation of a new **Core Banking** system. * Location: Huancayo, Peru * Work Mode: Hybrid (approximately 50% onsite) * Duration: Long-term project * Employment Type: Freelance * Vacancies: 2 positions **Role Description** ----------------------- We are looking for **PMO Consultants** with project management experience to join a large-scale transformation program within the financial sector. The role will strongly emphasize **operational monitoring, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting**, actively collaborating with the various program fronts. **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum **5 years of experience as a PMO Consultant** / Project Control / Project Management * Experience in **Core Banking** projects or transformation initiatives within the financial sector * Knowledge of Core Banking solutions (e.g., Topaz, Temenos, Bantotal, or others) * Experience managing and tracking complex projects * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile and/or Scrum) * Experience developing reports, KPIs, and dashboards * University degree in fields related to Systems, Engineering, or Economics * Postgraduate studies or master’s degree (preferred) **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Manage and control the program’s project portfolio * Track progress, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies * Monitor risks and ensure proper risk management * Administer change control (change management) * Consolidate reports and generate executive dashboards * Manage and maintain up-to-date project documentation * Provide methodological support to teams * Coordinate meetings and track action items * Ensure traceability of decisions and deliverables **Additional Conditions** --------------------------- Possibility of travel allowances and accommodation for professionals residing outside Huancayo city (subject to evaluation) **Position Requirements** -------------------------------- * Personal laptop required * Ability to invoice and/or receive payment in USD (foreign currency bank account preferred) **Application** --------------- If you are interested in this challenge, we invite you to apply **through this same channel**.
