**Job Description**
At **EcoAmbiental Group**, we seek a proactive, organized, and highly capable **Human Resources Coordinator** to lead departmental processes, ensure compliance with institutional guidelines, and guarantee an optimal experience for our employees and faculty members.
The Coordinator will be responsible for managing recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, personnel administration, and talent development processes, ensuring operations align with the Organization and Functions Manual.
**Main Responsibilities**.
* Plan personnel requirements across all units of EcoAmbiental Group.
* Execute and document **recruitment and selection** processes for all company positions.
* Post and manage job openings on job boards, social networks, and other platforms.
* Prepare employment contracts for new employees and faculty members, as well as contract renewals.
* Conduct interviews, applicant screening, and evaluations.
* Coordinate the **onboarding process** for administrative staff and faculty members.
* Design and update job descriptions, functions, and responsibilities.
* Inform and guide faculty members on institutional methodology.
* Manage **attendance tracking** for employees.
* Organize **professional training and development programs**.
* Prepare payroll sheets and support verification, regularization, and recording of employee payments.
* Verify and regularize faculty member payments according to the schedule.
* Provide continuous follow-up to interns and support their professional development.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or license in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum of **1 year** of experience in Human Resources.
* Knowledge of selection processes, payroll systems, document management, and basic labor regulations.
* Proficiency in recruitment tools, intermediate Excel, and HR platforms.
* Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and goal-oriented work skills.

Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.1,600.00 per month
