Ongoing training and career path A leading company in the Financial Sector is seeking top Human Talent to fill the position of **HEAD OF OPERATIONS** and join its team. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, Banking and Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economic Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role. * Willingness to travel. **COMPETENCIES:** Proactivity, positive attitude, initiative, teamwork, customer service and goal orientation, adaptability to change, assertive and effective communication. **FUNCTIONS:** * Supervise the efficiency of operational and administrative processes. * Lead work teams, ensuring achievement of goals and compliance with sector regulations. * Train Service Representatives at assigned branches on cash reconciliation, dual cash counting and control, accounting ledger management, counter service procedures, among others. * Develop and formulate strategies to improve operational efficiency and the cooperative's overall performance. * Safeguard and control the entry and exit of valuable documents related to active and passive operations of the branches. * Supervise interbank fund transfers via the System, ensuring documentation and support for credit operations comply with the cooperative's operational guidelines and established policies. * Coordinate work activities with various departments. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * **Market-competitive remuneration.** * Career path. * Ongoing training. * Pleasant work environment.
