Job Summary: Provide support in the Cost Area for budget preparation and construction cost analysis, with experience in building projects, preferably hospitals. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the Cost Area 2. Knowledge of S10, Advanced Excel, and AutoCAD 3. Analytical ability and attention to detail Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * 1 year of experience in building construction projects (hospitals preferred) * Experience in preparing monthly valuations * Support in budget preparation and construction cost analysis * **Mandatory residence in Huancayo** Competencies: * Knowledge of S10, Advanced Excel, and AutoCAD. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
