Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit Advisor to manage the placement of agreement-based loans by visiting clients and conducting sales and post-sales follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized work tools PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Generate agreement-based loan placements: Personal loans, Debt purchase, and Loan refinancing. Assigned to agreements (e.g., Essalud, Minsa, Ministries, among others). Manage the assigned database. Visit clients across various agreements and verify that they meet the required eligibility criteria. Conduct sales and post-sales follow-up and closure (loan disbursement). Experience in financial product sales and/or active sales. Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Laptop and internet access at home. Availability for fieldwork (occasionally required for client signatures and client promotion).
