Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to record, validate, and reconcile accounting transactions; manage imports and assets; and coordinate with the external accountant. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting and financial operations - Record and validate accounting transactions, ensuring correct classification (revenues, expenses, import costs). - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable and receivable. - Manage documentary control for imports, verifying consistency among commercial, customs, and accounting documents. - Administer petty cash, inventory control, and fixed assets. - Coordinate with the external accountant for preparation and submission of information required for tax declarations and labor obligations. - Ensure compliance with current tax regulations (SUNAT, deductions, withholdings, perceptions, and the RED MYPE regime). - Prepare accounting and administrative reports for Management (cash flow, budgetary control, and financial monitoring). - Draft and follow up on formal communications (letters, official notices, and responses to requests) addressed to public and private entities. - Manage supplier payments, payroll disbursements, and collections follow-up. - Maintain organized physical and digital records readily available for audits or inspections.
