Collaboration in account analysis and financial statements The back-office company is seeking an **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** to perform the following responsibilities: **1. RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Registration of payment vouchers * Validation of payment vouchers * Filing of electronic books * Knowledge of the Integrated Electronic Records System (SIRE) * Issuance of invoices and professional service receipts via the official portal * Knowledge of Income Tax Law (IR) and General Sales Tax Law (IGV) * Knowledge of the Payment Voucher Regulations * Knowledge of deductions, withholdings, and retentions * Tax settlement and filing of the IGV-INCOME Tax Return (PDT) * Knowledge of account analysis and financial statements (FS) **2. REQUIREMENTS:** * Accounting professional * Two years’ experience in similar positions * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills * Teamwork experience **3. WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. * Saturday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. **4.
