




Position Summary: Design Coordinator to lead B2B architectural projects, managing teams and ensuring consistency between architecture and disciplines from conceptualization through technical development. Promote innovation and apply new BIM methodologies EDDICO, a company with over 20 years in the market improving people’s lives through architecture and contributing to the growth of its clients’ businesses across all sectors, is seeking top talent to fill the position of **DESIGN COORDINATOR:** **Requirements:** · Licensed Architect with more than 3 years of proven experience. · Experience in corporate B2B architectural projects. · Proficiency in integrating architecture with disciplines. · Solid understanding of layout planning for: HVAC, electrical installations, data, fire protection systems (ACI), sanitary installations, detection and alarm systems. · Experience supervising work teams to achieve design objectives aligned with budget and project timelines. · Experience supervising layout development carried out by Developer Architects. · Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.). · Preferred: Experience leading client meetings and presenting design proposals. **Responsibilities:** · Coordinate the project’s integrated design from conceptualization through technical development, ensuring consistency between architecture and disciplines. · Lead and motivate the Developer Architects team, assigning tasks and conducting periodic quality reviews. · Ensure compliance with guidelines established during the architectural concept phase, guaranteeing decisions align with the target investment amount. · Supervise the preparation of layouts, technical details, and documentation for BIM deliverables. · Identify design development risks and propose effective technical solutions. · Participate in internal and external meetings to ensure clear communication among client, project management, and involved departments. · Ensure proper implementation of quality checkpoints throughout all project phases. · Promote innovation in design processes, supporting the application of new methodologies and digital tools. **Key Competencies:** · Leadership and team management capability. · Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. · Organization and efficient time management. · High attention to detail and commitment to quality. · Communication and negotiation skills. · Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
