REQUIREMENTS * *Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields* * *Minimum 2 years’ experience in dining hall supervision or similar positions* * *Knowledge of Quality, Food Safety, and Integrated Management Systems* RESPONSIBILITIES * *Supervise order, cleanliness, and proper operation of the dining hall* * *Verify staff hygiene and presentation, as well as the daily menu* * *Control utensil and food readiness prior to service* * *Manage complaints, grievances, and requests* * *Supervise supply chain and customer service* * *Coordinate events and menu publication* * *Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and anti-bribery system standards* * *Maintain document control for the area* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
