Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Project Assistant for an open-pit gold mine, with direct payroll enrollment under the operating company. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in open-pit mining. 2. Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. Civil Project Assistant Civil or Mining Engineering studies required For Corihuarmi Mining Unit, located 4 hours from Huancayo, Junín, at an altitude of 4800\-4900 m.s.n.m. Current work schedule is 20 days on / 10 days off; direct payroll enrollment with the company and all applicable statutory benefits. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * **MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN OPEN-PIT MINING** * **RESIDENCE NEAR JUNÍN/LIMA REGION** The position is for direct payroll enrollment under the mine's owner/operator company — NOT a contractor role — and includes all statutory benefits applicable to private-sector employers (CTS, AFP/ONP, bonuses, family allowance, EsSalud, etc.). We are an open-pit gold mine located 4 hours from the city of Huancayo, at an altitude of 4900\+ m.s.n.m. Accommodation, meals, personal protective equipment (PPE), and all necessary resources for performing assigned duties within the mine camp are provided. Due to the remote location, there is no direct cellular/internet signal; however, satellite internet-enabled landline phones are available free of charge for contacting family members.
