**Position Objective** Provide support in the company's logistical management, ensuring control of inventories, purchases, storage, and distribution of materials to optimize resources and guarantee operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations. * Manage inventory control: incoming, outgoing, and reconciliation with warehouse. * Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment. * Record and update information in the logistics management/ERP system. * Track orders and coordinate with suppliers. * Assist in preparing logistics and supply reports. * Maintain constant communication with operational areas to meet material requirements. * Comply with and ensure order, safety, and established regulations in warehouse and transportation. **Academic Background** * Technical degree or final-year student in **Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. **Required Knowledge** * Warehouse and inventory management. * Purchasing and supply processes. * Office tools (Intermediate to advanced Excel skills). * ERP systems or logistics management software (desirable). * Basic knowledge of safety and transportation regulations. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Adaptability in dynamic environments. **Experience** * Minimum **6 months to 1 year** in similar roles (preferably in telecommunications, construction, or distribution sectors). **Conditions** * Work mode: On-site (with availability for fieldwork when required). * Schedule: Full-time. * Reports to: Logistics Manager.
