Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to comprehensively manage the HR department in a leading construction company, ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the company's representation before labor institutions. 2. Prepares labor and social security declarations and obligations. 3. Controls and prepares payroll registers, vacations, CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay), and bonuses. **SANNY Group**, a leading construction company in the central region of the country, is looking for an **HR MANAGER**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Profession:** Graduate in Accounting, Administration, or Psychology. * **General Experience:** Minimum 3 years in Human Resources positions. * **Specific Experience in Construction Sector:** Minimum 1 year. **Knowledge:** * Payroll systems: MYPE regime – Construction regime, T-Register, PLAME, AFP, employment contracts, recruitment and selection, event organization, workplace accidents. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel, leadership, teamwork. **FUNCTIONS:** * **Represent** the company before labor institutions and/or SUNAFIL inspections or other entities. * **Manage** and prepare AFPNET, PLAME, CONAFOVICER, SCTR, and other employer obligations declarations. * **Deliver** and track internal documentation and company procedures. * **Register** employee hires and terminations in the system. * **Monitor** and report attendance, tardiness, absences, leave requests, and bonuses. * **Prepare** and calculate monthly payroll registers. * **Calculate** vacations, CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay), bonuses, and LBS (Labor Benefits Statement). * **Report** labor costs for construction projects and office operations. * **Manage** labor and social security declarations and obligations. * **Coordinate** and monitor the annual training plan. * **Track** workplace incidents and accidents. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
