Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the Quality and Development team, with experience in paint and cleaning product formulation, to ensure quality and optimize production processes. Research and propose new products Química Martell S.A.C., a Peruvian company dedicated to the **manufacturing and marketing of paints, cleaning products, and solutions for home and industrial improvement**, committed to continuous improvement and environmental protection, is seeking a highly qualified professional to lead our Quality and Development team. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Professionals with solid academic training and experience in product development and control, such as **paints, cleaning products, and other related hardware industry products**. * Professional degree or master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields. * Training in ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems\. * Course on handling and control of hazardous chemicals. * Training in good laboratory practices. * Specialization in paint and/or cleaning product formulation and manufacturing. * Minimum **03 years of proven experience** in this position or similar roles. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Develop and submit to the Operations Manager a product recipe specifying required raw material quantities, manufacturing process times, preparation steps, and any other elements necessary to produce a high-quality product. * Advise on the development of policies and work plans established by the Operations Manager to implement total quality management across the company. * Supervise staff in the correct application of recipes during product manufacturing, and submit a daily conformity report on production to the Operations Manager. * Supervise all production processes, collect samples for analysis and observation, and promptly issue corrective actions. * Investigate root causes of manufacturing defects through testing, enabling timely prevention. * Approve analyses, track, and supervise daily samples delivered to the Laboratory. * Propose, design, create, and develop new products and improve existing ones based on market research results, reporting findings to the Operations Manager. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Competitive salary aligned with market standards. * Opportunity to join a sustainably growing company. * Statutory benefits: Health Insurance, Family Allowance, Bonus, Vacation. * Career development path. **The best team is waiting for you!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations. * Current place of residence.
