Position Summary: We are seeking an ADR Plant Shift Supervisor responsible for leaching, ADR processing, and doré bar production. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in heap leaching and ADR processing plant operations 2. Experience in doré bar harvesting and smelting 3. Knowledge of metallurgical balances and extraction kinetics ADR PLANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR For Corihuarmi Mining Unit, located 4 hours from Huancayo, Junín, at an elevation of 4,800–4,900 m.s.n.m. Current work schedule is 20 days on / 10 days off (subject to change), with salary negotiable based on documented experience and qualifications. Direct payroll employment with the company, including all statutory benefits. Offered salary: NON-NEGOTIABLE **S/5,000.00 gross per month.** · Graduate, licensed, and registered professional in Metallurgical Engineering. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in gold ore heap leaching processes, ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, and Reactivation) processing plants, doré bar harvesting and smelting. · Knowledge of metallurgical balances and extraction kinetics. · Knowledge of hydraulics for lixiviant solution distribution and pumping networks. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel expertise with pivot tables and macros preferred; AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D desirable. · Familiarity with integrated management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 to meet productivity and OSHMS objectives.
