Excellent work environment and professional development Job Description We are looking for a **Well-Being Manager** to join our Human Resources department, responsible for promoting employee well-being, strengthening the work climate, and supporting the execution of activities aimed at staff development and satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Implement well-being programs and activities for employees. * Support the organization of internal events, celebrations, and team-building campaigns. * Monitor employee needs and concerns. * Provide support during onboarding and mentoring of new employees. * Manage agreements, benefits, and recognition programs. * Participate in initiatives to improve work climate and organizational culture. * Prepare reports and indicators related to well-being and job satisfaction. * Coordinate internal communication activities. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Knowledge of work climate, organizational well-being, and human resource management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Strong organizational ability, empathy, and service orientation.
