Production Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer with experience in civil works to plan, control, and coordinate project execution, ensuring productivity and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leads meetings and coordinates with the community and authorities. 2. Comprehensive control of productivity, schedule, cost, and construction quality. 3. Strategic decision-making and effective problem resolution. **PRODUCTION ENGINEER** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture. * Professional registration and license are mandatory. * Knowledge of GH 020 Urban Design Components Standard and G.050 Construction Safety Standard. * Knowledge of State Procurement Law No. 30225\. * Cost estimation and budgeting. * Training and/or programs: Lean construction, MS Project, S10, Delphin Express, AutoCAD, Intermediate Microsoft Excel. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, including pavement and sidewalk projects, highways, and urban development. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily productivity control on site (workers, equipment, machinery, subcontractors). * Convenes and leads internal coordination meetings with the community and authorities. * Comprehensive project planning regarding schedule, cost, and quality (Last Planner System). * Responsible for monitoring actual construction progress. * Supports and coordinates engineering design definitions for the project. * Requests and coordinates material, equipment, and labor procurement and delivery. * Excellent ability to make strategic decisions and resolve problems effectively. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
