Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, focused on the wood industry. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and compliance with safety regulations JOIN OUR TEAM We are currently looking for a Mechanical Assistant – Wood Industry, interested in developing within the industrial maintenance field, with a proactive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. Job Objective Provide support in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery and equipment, contributing to the proper functioning of operations while complying with safety standards. Academic Qualifications * Technical training in progress or incomplete in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. Required Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience assisting in maintenance tasks (preferred). * Preferred experience in the industrial or wood sector. * Interest in developing expertise in machinery maintenance. * Responsibility, commitment, and willingness to work in a team. Knowledge Fundamentals of industrial mechanics. Preferred knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Main Responsibilities * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Support disassembly and assembly of equipment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assist in basic equipment inspections. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
