Position Summary: We are seeking a field professional to supervise and control on-site activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely project delivery in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and controlling on-site activities, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, safety, and timeline standards established for each project. The role involves active participation in daily site management, progress tracking, measurement verification, and cost monitoring support, ensuring proper technical execution and efficient resource utilization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site activity execution according to drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor physical progress and schedule compliance. * Verify measurements, productivity rates, and material consumption on site. * Support cost control and resource optimization. * Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, and technical teams. * Prepare progress and production control reports. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum experience on 2 construction projects. * Experience in production, field supervision, and control. * Knowledge of measurement, costing, and construction processes. * Leadership ability, decision-making capability, and capacity to work under pressure. Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.6,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
