




Job Summary: Responsible for planning and organizing recreational, integration, and medical activities to support the well-being of workers and their families in a mining environment. Your impact on operations: Plan and organize recreational, integration, and medical activities in accordance with company policy to foster the well-being and quality of life of workers and their families. Challenges you will undertake at ZICSA: Prepare social records with the appropriate documentation for both workers and their eligible dependents. Directly address workers’ and their eligible dependents’ social welfare needs, promoting physical, mental, and social self-care. Train new staff on labor insurance, benefits, and coexistence regulations. Monitor medical transfers, medical leaves, and social cases at the mine (absenteeism reporting). Report subsidy cases to your immediate supervisor. Distribute incentives (snacks, awards, etc.) to workers. Execute activities according to the work plan. Organize recreational programs for workers, such as sports activities, social events, fellowship lunches, birthday celebrations, among others. Coordinate with the customer service social team on social activities for employees. Coordinate cafeteria services for staff. Manage and control housing arrangements for new staff and third parties. Conduct institutional procedures before ESSALUD and other service institutions as required. Manage and control distribution of snacks, cleaning supplies, hygiene items, as well as materials for maintaining camps, offices, and/or locker rooms. Manage and control distribution of cold rations to employees. Submit monthly reports to your immediate supervisor. Understand and comply with the company’s and client’s SIG policy and objectives. Comply with established standards, PETS (Written Safe Work Procedures) within the SIG, instructions, internal safety regulations, identification of new hazards and risk assessment, as well as immediate reporting of incidents and/or accidents at work. Talent we seek to add to our team: Specialty: Social Work and/or related fields. Academic Degree: University Degree, Registered and Licensed. Minimum 02 years of experience in similar positions within the mining industry. Knowledge of procedures and management with ESSALUD, maternity leave, subsidies, medical care, occupational accidents, public and private medical insurance (I).
