Willingness to travel to different locations Academic Level: Technical Higher Education / University Higher Education (Bachelor's degree or certified graduate) Profession: Business Administration or related field MS OFFICE: Intermediate English Proficiency: Basic Experience: * Minimum 1 year in personnel management and administration (recruitment and selection, affiliations, employee welfare monitoring, occupational health, and other related personnel management activities). * Knowledge of current labor legislation, labor insurance management (SCTR, Life Insurance Law, etc.), affiliation of personnel to mining units, worker social assistance, EMO management, attendance control. Willingness to travel to the company's various locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in Human Resources Execution: * Management of personnel recruitment and selection * Personnel affiliations * Coordination of EMO management * Coordination with support departments (SSOMA and Quality) for compliance with legal regulations * Attendance, leave, and vacation tracking for personnel * Execution of administrative procedures (Subsidy Management, SCTR Management, Life Insurance Law, etc.) Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
