




Job Summary: SANNY Group is seeking an HR Officer to manage labor and personnel functions in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage labor and social security obligations. 2. Coordinate training programs and incident follow-up. 3. Prepare and calculate monthly payroll sheets. **SANNY** Group, a leading company in the construction sector in central Peru, is looking for an **HR Officer**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Profession:** Graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or Psychology. * **General Experience:** Minimum 3 years in Human Resources roles. * **Specific Experience in Construction Sector:** 1 year. **Knowledge:** * Payroll systems: MYPE regime and construction regime, T-register, PLAME, AFP, employment contracts, recruitment and selection, event organization, work-related accidents. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel, leadership, teamwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Represent** the company before labor institutions and regulatory bodies such as SUNAFIL or other entities. * **Manage** and file employer declarations for AFPNET, PLAME, CONAFOVICER, SCTR, and other employer obligations. * **Deliver** and track internal documentation and company procedures. * **Register** employee hires and terminations in the system. * **Monitor** and report attendance, tardiness, absences, leave requests, and bonuses. * **Prepare** and calculate monthly payroll sheets. * **Calculate** vacation pay, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, and LBS (Labor Benefits Statement). * **Report** labor costs for construction sites and offices. * **Manage** labor and social security declarations and obligations. * **Coordinate** and monitor the annual training plan. * **Track** incidents and work-related accidents. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
