Opportunities for professional development and career progression At KLM Automotriz, a leading company in the marketing of vehicles and trucks, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead talent management and contribute to organizational development and the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly payroll • Provide support for commission calculations • Update payroll reports • Prepare employment contracts and labor documents • Conduct recruitment and personnel selection • Manage insurance (SCTR, Life Insurance Law) and affiliations (AFP, CTS, among others) • Monitor attendance, tardiness, permits, leaves, and vacations • Follow up on new employee onboarding process Requirements: Education: • Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields Experience: • Three (03) years in similar positions • Skills in personnel management • Experience in payroll processing (mandatory) • Experience in recruitment and selection Knowledge: • Peruvian labor legislation • Law No. 29783, Occupational Safety and Health Law (OSHL) • Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency • Proficiency in T-Registro, PLAME, or other systems • Desirable: experience in automotive companies Competencies: • Order and organization • Empathy and personnel management • Proactivity • Effective communication Benefits: - Formal employment from day one, with all statutory benefits. - Market-competitive fixed remuneration. - Opportunities for professional development and career progression. - Be part of a solid and continuously growing company.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University graduate 3 years of experience Knowledge: Flexibility, Resource Management, Time Management, Leadership, Proactivity, Operational Excellence Strategy, Conflict Management, People Management Keywords: ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, resources, human
