We are currently searching for top talent matching the profile of **LEVEL II TECHNICAL SUPPORT \- IT:** **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical studies in Electronics, Computer Science and IT, Networks and Communications, or related fields such as Systems or Telecommunications. * Availability to work in Breña. * Experience in customer service using Help Desk tools. * Experience in maintenance of computers, laptops, servers, networking equipment, and others (mandatory). * Experience in assembling computers and laptops. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Development and execution of the Help Desk work plan. * Provision of technical advice and support for IT services. * Execution of preventive maintenance on the IT asset fleet and preparation of fieldwork reports. * Laptop and computer repowering. * Administration of Windows and Linux servers. * Ensuring, at the technical level, the proper functioning of IT services. * Responsibility for correct software licensing and inventory control. * Installation of technological networks in wired and wireless projects. * Preparation of newly acquired computer equipment. * Responsibility for data backup according to IT policies. * Logistical support as directed by supervisor. **WE OFFER** **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/. 1,300 per month * Opportunity to advance through our career path. * Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) and Saturdays (9:00 am to 1:00 pm) * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
