This is how we develop mining—always aligned with change, supported by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining industry that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentInMining** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the execution of civil works associated with mine closure, including earthmoving, slope formation, backfilling, and concrete works, ensuring compliance with project technical specifications. * Verify that contractor companies possess the necessary human resources, equipment, and materials for proper execution of works. * Supervise compliance with work schedules and ensure activities progress according to the established plan. * Review and approve daily reports and valuation documents submitted by contractor companies. * Verify that contractor company personnel hold required authorizations and accreditations for work execution. * Supervise compliance with safety standards, quality standards, applicable legal regulations, and internal organizational procedures. * Halt activities that fail to meet safety conditions or quality standards. * Review and manage notes and observations raised by specialized companies. * Ensure compliance and guarantee that personnel under supervision understand hazards and risks associated with their activities and implementation of operational control measures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Civil Engineer, duly licensed and registered with the professional association. * Five years’ experience supervising project execution in the mining sector. * Desired: experience in mine closure. * Proficiency in reading engineering drawings. **Additional Information** * Work Location: Canchapalca, Junín * Work Regime: 14 days on / 7 days off * Fixed-term contract \- Until December 2026 At NEXA, we operate in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
