Position Summary: A licensed and registered Civil Engineer is required to lead the execution of a university infrastructure project in Chanchamayo. Key Points: 1. Technical team leadership and coordination with the Technical Office. 2. Experience in dealing with supervision and the contracting entity. 3. Occupational safety and health management on site. Project: University Construction – Chanchamayo A SITE RESIDENT is required for the execution of a university infrastructure project in the province of Chanchamayo. * Professional Profile Licensed Civil Engineer. Registered and authorized (valid CIP). No restrictions on contracting with the State. * General Experience Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, counted from registration date. * Specific Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as Site Resident and/or Supervisor and/or Inspector on similar projects. Must have served as Site Resident in at least: 01 or 02 educational and/or university infrastructure projects, and/or Large-scale institutional buildings (universities, institutes, schools, hospitals, public administrative buildings). Similar projects are defined as: Construction and/or improvement and/or expansion of educational or institutional buildings. Projects involving reinforced concrete structures, complete sanitary and electrical installations. * Key Technical Competencies Preparation and management of monthly progress valuations. Schedule control (MS Project or Primavera). Quantity surveying and management of contract variations. Experience in dealing with supervision and the contracting entity. Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and its Regulations. Occupational safety and health management on site. * Conditions Full-time availability in Chanchamayo. Permanent on-site presence.
