Job Summary: S.G. Natclar is seeking a Selection Analyst in Huancayo to manage full-cycle recruitment, evaluation, and follow-up of new employees, ensuring proper onboarding. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the recruitment and selection process 2. Conducting psychobehavioral assessments and interviews 3. Monitoring and supporting the onboarding of new talents S.G. Natclar is currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **Selection Analyst** at our HUANCAYO office. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology. * Two years of experience in similar roles. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Training in competency-based interviewing and psychological assessment administration (desirable). Responsibilities: * Full accountability for end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees. * Posting job vacancies through online job boards, educational institutions, social media, headhunting, etc. * Conducting psychobehavioral evaluations and competency-based interviews of applicants to define the shortlisted candidate trio. * Preparing psychobehavioral reports for the qualified trio. * Monitoring new employees to assess their proper integration within 15 and 30 days. * Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
