We are a MAJOR COMPANY IN THE EDUCATION SECTOR, dedicated to advancing education and professional development through specialized consulting and training solutions.
Currently, we are seeking a professional.
**Responsibilities**
* Support recruitment and personnel selection processes (posting job announcements, screening resumes, contacting applicants, and coordinating interviews).
* Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and other documentation related to staff onboarding and administration.
* Maintain up-to-date personnel files, databases, and physical and digital records of the department.
* Record and monitor attendance, timesheets, and administrative documentation for staff.
* Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees.
* Collaborate in activities related to organizational climate, employee well-being, and internal communication.
* Provide support in conducting evaluations, performance follow-up, and other Human Resource Management processes.
* Prepare administrative reports and basic departmental indicators.
* Support the organization and improvement of internal processes within the Human Resources department.
* Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements**
* Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources (including internships).
* Knowledge of recruitment and personnel selection.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (intermediate level).
* Familiarity with basic labor legislation and document management is desirable.
* Availability to work on-site.
