(SIMA\-PERU) is Peru's leading shipyard, responsible for maintenance, modernization and construction of vessels for the Peruvian Navy, as well as executing projects related to the naval and metal-mechanical industries for domestic and foreign public and private sectors, adhering to the most stringent quality standards to support national defense and socioeconomic and technological development. Currently, we are engaged in new projects with HYUNDAI as our principal partner. We are currently seeking a **Programming, Control and Monitoring Analyst**: **REQUIREMENTS**: **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics or related fields **Experience:** * *General*: Minimum four (04\) years in companies or state entities. * *Specific*: Two (02\) years in positions with similar characteristics and responsibilities. **Essential Knowledge:** * Indicator management. * Planning, programming and control in production management. * Microsoft Project. * Basic English. * Office software \- Intermediate level * Integrated Management System (Desirable) **Additional Competencies:** * Commitment * Goal-oriented mindset * Teamwork **IMPORTANT**: Availability to work on-site in Chimbote.
