Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance across various technical specialties—including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and mechanical systems—to ensure proper functioning of facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs maintenance tasks across multiple technical specialties. 2. Conducts inspections and addresses failures at assigned centers. 3. Requires experience in predictive, preventive, and/or corrective maintenance. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance across various technical specialties—including plumbing, carpentry, painting and finishing, equipment and machinery maintenance, electrical installations and repairs, as well as vehicle maintenance and servicing—to ensure proper functioning of assigned facilities and resources. * Visit and inspect assigned meeting centers at least once per month to identify and report malfunctions in chapels for appropriate follow-up. * Perform diverse electrical, plumbing, masonry, refrigeration, network, and audio work in accordance with the predictive, preventive, and/or corrective maintenance plan, covering two or more specialized areas. * Request new supplies and equipment as needed. Resolve most inquiries and issues independently, referring only the most complex problems to higher-level staff. Provide regular performance updates. * Inspect maintenance work performed by third parties when required. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives. * Training in electricity, masonry and/or finishing, plumbing, refrigeration, networks and/or audio. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing predictive, preventive, and/or corrective maintenance on buildings. * At least one advanced certification in electricity, finishing, plumbing, refrigeration, networks and/or audio. * General knowledge of masonry and/or finishing, mechanical systems, electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, networks and/or audio. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. * Height-work certification is desirable. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel to different cities.
