Together, we lead the way toward more sustainable mining and construction. **Join Our Team!** If you are interested in **building a career in the accounting field**, join our team as an **Accounting Assistant**. **Your Mission** Process, prepare, and follow up on all assigned reports, collaborating directly with the accounting team. **What Will Be My Responsibilities?** * Record local purchase invoices, import invoices, and nationalization expense invoices in the system * Review settlements of domestic and international travel advances * Record travel settlements and petty cash transactions in the system, and analyze the travel advance account * Analyze accounting accounts such as insurance, deliverables pending settlement, and others * Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies * Schedule payments for local supplier invoices * Reconcile accounts payable **Our Ideal Candidate** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles or activities * Intermediate English proficiency preferred * 1 year of experience with ERP systems * Intermediate Excel skills * Intermediate English proficiency * Availability to work under a hybrid model, with office located in La Victoria **It All Starts with People.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to serve a growing population.
