Ensure that all activities conducted comply with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **What challenges will you face?** * Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships, contributing to an increase in core clients by leveraging the Bank’s relationships, systems, products, services, and expertise. * Carry out operational procedures and activities within their respective areas according to internal regulations, inter-company commercial agreements within the Scotiabank Group, and applicable legal requirements. * Continuously perform Commercial Management with Small Businesses, seeking profitability and portfolio growth through sales and service (evaluating proposals, providing financial advice, fulfilling customer contact activity disciplines – ABP, and offering various bank products and services), while applying anti-money laundering policies. * Evaluate customer performance, identifying and anticipating future needs and risks, building long-term relationships, aiming for customer loyalty by offering diverse products and positioning ourselves as their primary financial partner in achieving their goals. * Make use of tools provided by the bank: Bt, Intranet, campaigns, ISTS, commercial intelligence database (mailing), among others; in order to maximize customer portfolio management. * Review and promptly follow up on recovery and collection tasks for customers who have active products with the bank but fail to meet agreed-upon payment dates, according to established collection management parameters. * Identify and manage potential commercial zones within the area of influence and network of contacts, enabling the provision of commercial solutions tailored to their needs and increasing business opportunities. (Visit merchant associations, commercial establishments, equipment suppliers, establish agreements, etc.) * Deliver high-quality service that differentiates us in the market, adhering to required quality guidelines and standards, meeting Pulso targets. * Collaborate in teamwork with internal and external sales forces to achieve assigned commercial goals. * Achieve commercial targets by promoting the sale of defined products, supporting specific campaigns, identifying customer needs, offering solution alternatives, and referring clients to appropriate departments to generate business opportunities for your branch, aligned with SBP's commercial strategies. * Understand the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Actively conduct efficient and effective operations within their respective areas, while ensuring adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk, including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines. **What do we expect from you?** * Technical degree or university graduate in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, etc. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Business Officer, Commercial Advisor for Microenterprises, or other similar-profile positions. * Knowledge of financial statement analysis and evaluation, credit policies and assessment, and collections management. * Proficiency in Bantotal, Intranet, Management Control Module, ISTS.
