We are currently looking for a: **Senior Operations Supervisor - Telecommunications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Systems, Computing or related fields, licensed and registered. * At least 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary work teams. * Strong knowledge of OT infrastructure, structured cabling, and plant systems. * Availability to travel and work under rotating shift schedules. * Knowledge of service models based on the ITIL framework. * Familiarity with Peruvian mining legislation. * Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, OSHA 18001). * Residing in the southern region of the country (Desirable). * Valid driver's license held for more than 2 years (Mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track project execution, fiber optic deployment, and structured cabling. * Prepare construction schedules and coordinate effectively with support departments. * Manage direct personnel and contractors. * Coordinate activities with the client. * Participate in operational tasks.
