Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or engineer to optimize production processes, reduce waste, maintain equipment, and extend its service life through daily inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process optimization and reduction of material waste 2. Equipment and tool maintenance and extension of service life 3. Formal employment from the first day of work and 100% covered meals * Prevent and reduce material waste in production. * Optimize and reduce unproductive process time. * Maintain productive assets in safe and predefined operating conditions. * Achieve or extend the service life of machines and tools. * Conduct daily inspections of machines. Requirements * Technician or graduate in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Quality Engineering. * Certified experience of 01 year as Process Technician or Process Technician. * Experience and knowledge of Resins and Flakes (Plastic). * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima.
