Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Controller for a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, responsible for verifying and controlling the outbound movement of goods, coordinating dispatches, and recording movements in the system. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for controlling outgoing goods. 2. Key coordination with warehouse, transportation, and operations. 3. Supervision and reporting of dispatch processes. Our client, a prominent local company operating in the Callao market and distinguished in the FMCG sector, is searching for top talent to fill the position of Dispatch Controller. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Intermediate-level SAP proficiency. Availability to work rotating shifts. Residence in Chimbote or nearby areas. WORK SCHEDULE: Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts with rotating days off: Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Night shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify and control the correct outbound movement of goods according to delivery notes and dispatch orders. Validate quantities, codes, batches, and product conditions prior to loading. Coordinate dispatch scheduling with warehouse, transportation, and operations. Record receipts and shipments in the system (Excel / SAP / ERP). Monitor dispatch timelines and route compliance. Supervise unit loading and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
