Job Summary: A professional responsible for comprehensive systems management, hardware/software maintenance, server and network administration, and database security, driving technological initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Manages IT system maintenance, administration, and security. 2. Leads digital transformation and ERP management projects. 3. Provides technical support and reports incidents to management. SYSTEMS MANAGER Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance. Administer servers (Windows and SQL Server), networks, and internet/email services. Ensure database security, reliability, and contingency planning. Manage inventory of technological equipment (laptops, mobile devices) and their allocation. Implement improvements, digital transformation projects, and ERP management (Starsoft/SAP preferred). Provide technical support and report incidents to the Administration Management. Job Requirements: Education: University degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions. Knowledge: Networking, Windows Server, SQL Server, Asterisk, and Fireback. Skills: Intermediate office software proficiency and technological project development. Competencies: Results-oriented, adaptable, and quality-focused. Conditions: Location: Manchay (Pachacamac).
