**Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Valid Certijoven certification. * Punctual, responsible, and with experience in production areas, warehouse, or similar activities (minimum 3 months). * Male candidates only, residing in areas adjacent to Puente Piedra, Carabayllo, Comas, Ventanilla, Ancón. * Availability to work on the following rotating schedule: one week daytime shift (Mon-Fri 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sat 7:00 am to 4:00 pm), followed by one week nighttime shift (7:00 pm to 7:00 am), alternating weekly. Day off: Sundays and public holidays. One-hour break for lunch. * Workplace location: 3 blocks from Ov. Zapallal, in front of Aduni academy. **Responsibilities:** * Fulfilling the requirements needed in the production area. * Performing tasks assigned by immediate supervisor regarding products, boxes, materials, and supplies in various plant activities. Training will be provided for each assigned function. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and official uniform. * Keeping work area organized and clean. **Benefits:** * Payroll registration from day one - MYPE regime. * Monthly salary: S/1,130 + overtime pay + night shift pay + night work bonus (monthly total exceeds S/1,300). * Weekly payments; overtime and night hours paid according to labor law.
