We are looking for an Academic Equivalency Assistant! At the Autonomous University of Ica, we continue strengthening our team and seek to incorporate an organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional to provide administrative and academic support in the Academic Equivalency area. **What are we looking for?** A person capable of managing equivalency application files, coordinating with academic departments, advising students, and contributing to the proper functioning of equivalency processes at the university. **Requirements:** * Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or Technical graduate in Administration, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative functions, customer service, or academic support. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Experience in educational institutions or university academic management will be valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, review, and verify equivalency application files. * Register, update, and track applications in institutional systems and databases. * Coordinate with professional schools and academic departments for file evaluation and validation. * Advise students on procedures, requirements, observations, and outcomes of the equivalency process. * Prepare reports, organize files, and assist in issuing documents. * Support other activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development within a growing educational institution. * Continuous training and constant learning. * Excellent working environment and collaborative work.
