Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to perform general cleaning of the kitchen area, disinfection of equipment and utensils, and assistance in washing kitchenware and tableware. Assistance in washing tableware and kitchenware **BENEFITS** Immediate payroll enrollment from day one Market-competitive salary 100% covered meals **REQUIREMENTS** Completed secondary education Other knowledge: Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Anti-Bribery) Experience: Positions related to cleaning, tableware or kitchenware washing, or other roles with similar responsibilities Minimum experience: 6 months **RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform general cleaning of the kitchen area to meet established quality standards and good practices. Clean and disinfect assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils. Wash and dry kitchenware, pots, and all kitchen equipment used during service. Assist in washing tableware, plastic trays, pallets, cambros, and other plastic items used in the kitchen and/or warehouse for service delivery. Distribute food supplies in the kitchen for food production. Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and keep control records updated. Report any incidents preventing normal performance of duties to the Production Supervisor. Implement and apply AST, IPERC CONTINUO, and PETS management tools. Comply with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Sustainability Management System guidelines. Comply with internal work regulations, occupational safety and health regulations, and internal traffic regulations. Fulfill other responsibilities inherent to the position.
