




Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant to monitor practices, supervise operations, and manage the OSH system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active participation in maintaining the OSH Management System At MP Outsourcing Logístico, we are looking for an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant**. **Location:** Lima, Callao **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. * Salary: S/1,500 to S/1,800 (based on evaluation) * Enrollment in MYPE Small Enterprise Payroll. * Career development opportunity. Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of and compliance with requirements stipulated by Law No. 29783. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver 5-minute safety talks at the start of each work shift. * Monitor daily work practices and verify compliance with operational controls defined in the IPERC. * Provide support in supervising operations and ensuring legal compliance in OSH across the entire company. * Manage and control forms, records, and mandatory training. * Support implementation of the company’s OSH Management System. * Support supervision of operational processes under an accident prevention approach. * Submit monthly OSH performance indicators reports. * Participate in updating and maintaining the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, as well as in harmonization and audit processes as required. * Conduct periodic visits to various logistics operations according to a scheduled plan.
