Job Summary: AtkinRéalis Perú S.A. is seeking a Drilling and Grouting Supervisor responsible for controlling project progress, operational performance, safety, and coordination of geotechnical projects. A current opportunity has arisen to join AtkinRéalis Perú S.A. as a Drilling and Grouting Supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * Overall project progress control. * Control of equipment operational performance and efficiency. * Review of contractor’s daily reports and issuance of daily reports. * Monitoring of safety and environmental compliance. * Participation in daily field coordination meetings and contractual meetings. * Coordination with the client regarding material deliveries. * Coordination with other stakeholders to resolve interferences and/or ambiguities in project scope. * Review of plans, RFIs, and contractor procedures. Continuous daily progress monitoring. * Review and verification of Technical Specifications and project management plans. * 3WLAH planning and project activity tracking. * Issuance of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to contractors, where applicable. * Delivery of contractual deliverables for AtkinRéalis services. **Requirements:** * Formal education: Civil or Geological Engineering degree; registered professional. * Experience: 8 years in the geotechnical sector. * Courses or diplomas in project management aligned with PMI guidelines. * Experience in infrastructure projects and mining earthworks. * Software proficiency: MS Project, general Microsoft Office, S10, basic AutoCAD, others. * Knowledge of international standards and construction procedures. * Proficiency: Intermediate-advanced level in Microsoft Office; intermediate English. **Application Process:** * Applications are accepted exclusively through our corporate job portal; applications submitted via other channels will not be accepted. * Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. * Relocation expenses are not covered.
